Fundraising
We have many ways of raising money to do what we do at SWDC. Tuition does not cover all of our expenses. Our most obvious form of fundraising is The Nutcracker.However, there are many other ways we raise money...and for different reasons. All donations made to SWDC are tax deductible.

Sponsor a "Foot of Floor"
Help the Southwest Washington Dance Center purchase a new dance floor! A $25.00 donation will sponsor one square foot of flooring. Although we are delighted to be getting our floor this summer (Aug 2000) we are still about $800 short of our goal.

Collect Fuller's Reciepts
We are able to raise money by collecting receipts. Each year the dance student who collects the most receipts recieves a prize.

Sponsors
We are supported by several very generous sponsors. Much of the production costs for The Nutcracker are taken care of by sponsorship. In return, the sponsor recieves a little special treatment from the Dance Center.
